Principal and Managing Member

Colleen McManamon brings over 32 years of paralegal experience with a strong focus on high-conflict resolution. Her expertise includes divorce, parenting issues, division of personal property, modifications to parenting plans, child support, spousal support, and estate mediation. As a seasoned paralegal in both family law and estate administration, she has effectively managed cases and prepared legal documents to support clients with care and precision.

Colleen empowers individuals to navigate the legal process with clarity and confidence, ensuring they understand each step along the way. She offers mediation services to help clients approach divorce and separation with dignity and respect, reducing both immediate and long-term emotional and financial impacts on families.

Her mediation practice encompasses a broad range of family law matters, including dissolution of marriage and civil unions, legal separations, separation of unmarried couples, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time schedules, child support modifications, and division of personal property. Colleen is dedicated to helping individuals negotiate and achieve effective, lasting resolutions to their disputes.

In addition to her Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (LLP) and mediation work, Colleen serves as a Child and Family Investigator (CFI) in family law cases and is listed on the Colorado CFI Eligibility Roster. Her extensive experience, specialized training, and genuine concern for the long-term well-being of children and families allow her to provide thoughtful, efficient, and compassionate service.
